EUREKA! CAMPING CENTER & FACTORY OUTLET IN STORE AND ON LINE WARRANTY & RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Limited 1 Year Warranty

What is covered:

Eureka! Camping Center & Factory Outlet warrants to the original purchaser that it's factory seconds/refurbished products are free from structural flaws that would impede the serviceability of the product, for the period of one year from the date of purchase or receipt of product (for on line orders), except as qualified below.

What is not covered:

Eureka! Camping Center & Factory Outlet shall not be responsible for normal wear and tear or damages caused by shipping, accidents, alterations or improper installations. Additionally, although we manufacturer Eureka! products with quality fabrics, we are not responsible for the negative effects of climate, pollution, acts of God and long or semi permanent installations. We shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use (e.g. Ultraviolet (UV) light damage, exhausted zippers) or defects caused by abuse, animal attack, storm damage misuse and improper care. Because these shelters are temporary structures, it is necessary that any Eureka! shelter be installed and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.

There are no other expressed warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty, in no event shall Eureka! Camping Center & Factory Outlet be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitations of incidentals or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may no apply to you.

How to obtain warranty service on Eureka! product?

Outside the Binghamton, NY locale: Contact the Customer Service Division of Johnson Outdoors, Inc. toll-free : 1-800-572-8822 or email camping@johnsonoutdoors.com for a Return Authorization for warranty repairs or replacements., You must supply a copy of the original store receipt no exceptions please, it must be dated and fall with in the 1 year warranty period. Shipment back to Eureka! /Johnson Outdoors is the full responsibility of the consumer, in some cases freight will be reimbursed, no collect shipments will be accepted. All returns must have a Return Authorization number or it will be refused. We can not refund money or exchange product through this department, this is only for repair or replacement if deemed a warranty issue.

In the Binghamton, NY locale: Bring your tent to the Eureka! Camping Center & Factory Outlet Store along with a copy of the original store receipt to obtain warranty repair service or replacement.

What we will do?

If after inspection we find that a product is not structural sound meaning fabric or components need to be repaired or replaced and the fault of Eureka!. We will replace or repair the product at our option without charge.

Returns and Exchanges (not related to warranty):

The product needs to be inspected by the purchaser within 10 days of receipt of product and any action must be taken within that time period. Exceptions: 1) Product that has been used or worn like clothing, shoes etc may not be returned except for warranty service or replacement as outlined in our warranty guidelines.

How to return/exchange?

Contact Eureka Camping Center & Factory Outlet at 1-888-638-7352 or if local just come back in during regular store hours within the 10 day inspection period for authorization. Returned item(s) unused in the original packaging. Include copies of the packing list, original store receipt (and if shipping product back a brief note explaining the reason for the return no expectations please). Shipping back to Eureka! Camping Center is the full responsibility of the consumer, no shipping cost's will be reimbursed.

Refunds: For returned Eureka! products, reimbursement amount will depend on condition of product when it is return, if not as it was when purchased a portion of purchased amount will be returned. This means any product that is purchased as "new" and returned as "used" condition will be subject to an adjusted refund which will reflect a "used" product price as defined by the factory outlet price structure.
